Hey, I’m Cassandra. You can call me Caz!
I left my 9-to-5 in mid-November of 2015 to pursue the “there is more” gut-feeling that kept nudging at me. I left without a plan or strategy, and that is so unlike me. I have come to the realization that the universe can conspire with us towards our intentions. My life-long adventure in to self-discovery and awareness has brought me in to a new level of creation where I can now confidently invite others to join my SelfCrafted™ journey.
I help creatives, servant leaders and entrepreneurs to, “craft their real self in to their ideal self” through coaching and personal brand storytelling strategy. I love to serve people who are totally into figuring out their direction or purpose in their career, business or personal life. I give them tools and perspectives that help guide their multi-passionate goals, while aligning both their personal and professional brands.
During my digital agency days, I was blessed to be part of the team that worked for a well-known social media platform with international brands who struggled to keep track of their digital presence and foster positive relationships with their consumers around the globe. I helped them have a greater understanding through managing an international team who moderate several social media communities, as well as report on community engagement and sentiment. Our insights and recommendations gave our international clients global awareness through our insights and actionable strategy for 26 regions and the 16 languages we work in.
I’ve also dabbled as an entrepreneur for a couple of years as a network marketer and had the chance to grow a team across the states. I enjoyed meeting new people but didn’t feel that I was living in my purpose.
Since 2010, I have helped produce several music videos, short films, a TV show and a feature film alongside my husband, Les Gaddis.
I realized I needed to get my multi-passionate self into a place where I felt focused and aligned with my purpose. Not that there is anything wrong with having various passions and interests, I just found that I was tired of being average in many things and wanted to become masterful in just a few.
So, here I am today! On the journey to mastery and crafting my purpose.
I’ve earned a Bachelors in Arts degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Communications, specializing in Public Relations with a minor in Philosophy. During undergrad and a few years after, I worked in various Student Affairs departments in a few colleges and universities. I loved being able to empower students and saw the opportunities learning could offer. I started my masters in Higher Education in 2011. However, after a very successful first semester I decided to leave to figure out what the future could truly offer me. In 2014 I gave it a second go and am now wrapping up my Masters in Mass Communications, specializing in Social Media Marketing through the University of Florida. I already see myself walking across the stage to grab my diploma, this December!
I’ve launched SelfCrafted™ Media, LLC where I serve creative entrepreneurs with their personal branding through my digital strategy and storytelling. I connect with others out here that like myself, want to continually work on being the best version of yourself in your career, business (if you are an entrepreneur, freelancer or creative) and your personal life. You can find out more about I am SelfCrafted™: A Personal Branding Podcast here.
When I am not helping brands connect with their consumers among digital communities and composing strategic recommendations for client reports, I can be found working on set with my husband, recording a podcast episode, completing grad school coursework, working out (I love CrossFit), or hanging out with our 6 rescue fur-babies.

- I live vicariously through the action-packed movies from Jason Statham in The Transporter series, Ronda Rousey in Fast and Furious, Muay Tai master Tony Jaa, and the legendary, Xena Warrior Princess!
